Text message opt-in

Text message opt-in
MahjHQ texts you only after you opt in. You receive reminders, seating, schedule, and score updates for nights you join. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of playing. Giving a phone number for a roster is not consent to receive texts.
How you opt in
You opt in voluntarily on the public Call to Action at https://www.mahjhq.org/sms-signup. Creating an account, joining a night, or using MahjHQ never requires messaging consent.
You enter a US mobile number, check a box to receive recurring transactional texts from MahjHQ about reminders, seating, schedule, and score updates for nights you join, and check a second box agreeing to the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy for this texting program only. Both boxes start unchecked. Opt-in finishes on that page without creating an account. Signed-in users may also opt in later from Account settings with the same unchecked boxes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of playing.
